At Slick Stiles, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.


You have 4 calendar days to raise a request for the replacement of an item from the date you received it. Replacement will be made of same order or if the customer wants they can opt for a different product of the same value.

Replacement of Cases

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must have printing damage and or some other physical damage when you received it. (Pop Sliders don’t fall under replacement and refund policy.)

Replacement of Tees

For Replacement of Tees, please contact us within 4 days highlighting the issue, weather it is size issue or print issue (Your item must be in the original packaging, should have tags attached, and should not be damaged. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.).

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement and should be informed before order printing. You can inform us of your decision by:

You are eligible for a replacement if you have received a damaged or defective unit and our customer support department clears your request. In that case, we create a new order and send you a new product free of cost.


Customers are eligible for a refund only if the product does not get delivered. Or if the order is misplaced by the shipping partners. In that case, the customer can either ask for a refund or a replacement.

Refund of Tees

Customers are eligible for a full refund within 4 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. Once we have received and approved your request, your refund will be issued within 7-10 business days to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


  • Refunds for Prepaid orders would directly be initiated to source account and COD order will be refunded in the form of COUPON CODE ONLY
  • Defective Products, Wrong Products or Damaged Products issue should be raised within 24 hrs of delivery
  • All Orders wherein FREE Products included are not eligible for Refund or Exchange
  • Please ensure that the products you return are unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.
Return pickup will be made twice by us and if still the return pickup is not successful you will have to ship the product at our hub. 


Usually, we send a new item in place of the problematic unit and we won’t charge any extra amount for shipping the replaced unit.
